Hello friends..
i am so glad that forum is back..

I am looking for an employer in NY.. i dont need sponsorship as of now..i have NY license and authorization to work in US.

I am confused whether i should go for direct search or through some employer ...and how to decide which employer is genuine ..

Please guide someone

we have a bad experience here in NY. I don't know how far claims are to be believed. Competition is really tough in NY. Really hard to get full-time (40hrs/week) job and also it is hard to get a permanent position.

I am just sharing my exp. guyz.
