i'm not sure if you can skip the 1st two sections but you can answer it with less effort so you can concentrate more on the speaking section that way you won't be that drained. Also try to relax before answering each questions and master the template

hi physio1981, u will have to send the score directly from ets. Also if ur PT education was in english then TOEFL is not a requirement.
