i am so glad that forum is back..
I am looking for an employer in NY.. i dont need sponsorship as of now..i have NY license and authorization to work in US.
I am confused whether i should go for direct search or through some employer ...and how to decide which employer is genuine ..
Please guide someone

can anybody help me out? I'll be assigned to a rehab facility with lots of CTS and TTS cases. Hi everybody,
Does anyone know of someone who is licensed in North Carolina who could help cover for me for two-three weeks in an SNF?
I am currently located in Reidsville, NC.
I would like to visit home for the allowed time to visit my mom and get married then return back here to reidsville.

I have more than 5 years experience as Physical Therapist. I have all the documents from Visa Screen, English Exam, and Credentialing done. The only thing that I don't posses now is the US License. I have been approved by the USCIS in California for H1B but have been turned down by the US Consulate from my home country because of lack of licensure. I was put on hold and was given 221g letter and waited for more than half a year now. What has gone wrong with the application that I have been told that there has been some mistake with me being approved by USCIS for H1B. If anyone knows about this please let me know.
