once report by fccpt is ready, can we request fccpt to send the documents(transcript, syllabus, etc) to state board, if state board e.g illinois requires a separate set of same documents?

Hi All,
I am physical therapist currently on work visa with EB2 processed already in NY state. I have applied for CA license which will get in within 3 months so looking for a good agency which can provide good offer in both state NY and CA and also looking forward to get good relocation. we are two physical therapist looking for the same thing.
